> Welcome, Operator. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SOLRescue terminal (the "Platform").

> By interfacing with this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must terminate your connection immediately.

> 1. SERVICE_DESCRIPTION

> SOLRescue is a non-custodial web interface that provides a specialized tool to interact with the Solana blockchain. Its sole function is to scan an operator's wallet for empty SPL Token accounts and create a transaction to close them, thereby recovering the SOL locked for rent.

> You, the Operator, are in complete control of your wallet and private keys. The Platform never has custody of your assets. All transactions are initiated and signed by you.

> 2. OPERATOR_RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials. The Platform will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

b. Transaction Irreversibility: All transactions on the Solana blockchain are final and irreversible. You acknowledge that closing a token account cannot be undone. Verify your actions before execution.

c. Fees: The Solana network requires a transaction fee ("gas"). The Platform also charges a service fee, which is clearly displayed in the [RESCUE_OPERATION_SUMMARY] before you execute the transaction.

> 3. LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY

> THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

> IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OF SOLRESCUE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

> 4. MODIFICATIONS_TO_TERMS
